If you’re looking for something a little more healthy, Kellogg’s also announced that it’s launching a new Special K Blueberry option, which features the classic Special K ingredients, plus whole blueberries.
In a release, Kellogg’s said the cereal, which has real cinnamon baked inside and icing on top of each piece, tastes just like “your favorite fresh-from-the-bakery cinnamon roll.” Each serving has 47 grams of whole grains, is high in fiber and is a good source of seven vitamins and minerals, according to the cereal giant.
Hitting store shelves this month, new Frosted Mini-Wheats Cinnamon Roll cereal will give you that decadent flavor in a bowl of whole-grain cereal. The culinary geniuses at Kellogg’s are about to make it a little easier, however, It’s tough to beat an ooey-gooey cinnamon roll for breakfast, but I rarely have time in the morning to bake homemade pastries.
